Where pets are allowed

Pets are welcome in guest rooms and the lobby. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pools.

Our restaurant has designated pet-friendly areas where cats and dogs may join their family for meals.

Allowed pets and requirements

Cats and dogs only. Please bring your pet’s medical certification showing vaccinations are up to date. You're welcome to bring up to two pets per room. Each pet should have their own carrier or cage.

We generally welcome small to medium-sized breeds. Please clear larger breeds with Management prior to arrival.

Rules around the resort

Pets must always be on a leash or in a carrier in public areas. Please keep an eye on your pet at all times. You are responsible for your pet’s food, grooming, and behavior.

Housekeeping and room cleaning

For the safety of our team and your pet, Housekeeping cannot clean the room while a pet is loose inside.

If you would like your room cleaned while your pet is in the room, please be present and keep your pet leashed or in a carrier, or securely crated for the duration of cleaning.

Liability

Costa Pacifica will not be liable or responsible for any incident involving your pet. The registered guest remains responsible for their pet at all times.
